To turn this philosophy into action, we have recently solidified a partnership with a new local, sustainable wood supplier who shares our dedication to the natural world.
By sourcing our timber locally, we significantly reduce "timber miles"—the carbon footprint associated with transporting heavy materials across the country or from overseas. This ensures that every grain of wood we carve, from the sturdiest Oak to the warmest Red Pine, is ethically harvested and fully traceable back to well-managed British woodlands.
Sustainability isn't just about where the wood comes from; it's about what we leave behind. We are proud to operate on a "one-for-one" principle. For every bespoke piece of furniture that finds a home with you, a new tree is planted in its place.
This reforestation effort ensures we are keeping the cycle of the forest alive and thriving for future generations of makers and nature lovers alike.
