Unlike the natural wood fish or the intricate spiders, these dolphins are all about colour and joy. The pink dolphin is warm and gentle; the blue dolphin is bright and cheerful. Together, they represent friendship, playfulness, and the magic of the sea.
Each dolphin is cut from sustainably sourced timber using a scroll saw, then sanded until smooth. The shapes are simplified—curved backs, pointed noses, forked tails—recognisable as dolphins but stylised enough to feel timeless. Then comes the painting: soft pink on one, bright blue on the other, with white highlights for the eyes and bellies.
The reverse sides are also painted, so the dolphins look beautiful from every angle. A small hole near the top of each dolphin allows you to thread fishing line or ribbon for hanging. They're lightweight, so they spin easily in the breeze.
