By repurposing a structural roof purlin, I've preserved the deep grain patterns and natural weathering that only comes with age. The chunky, oversized dimensions provide a striking visual weight, creating a bold "industrial-meets-rustic" focal point that contrasts beautifully against the clean, modern lines of the white vessel sink.
Beyond its aesthetics, the structural integrity of this design is impressive.
