Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). We may reduce the refund to account for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
We'll make the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. We'll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Returning Items
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging to:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, we'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage at ingrainedshop@gmail.com.
Exceptions
The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items once work has begun
- Items that have been used beyond simple inspection
